Mohammad Asoudeh has a BSc in Banking from Iranian Institute of Banking Science, Tehran, Iran and administration (MBA) from Morehead State University, Kentucky, USA.Master of Business A

He was the Chairman of the Executive Committee for the establishment of Iranian Re and has been holding the following positions in our Company:

-Non-Executive Vice Chairman from 2022 till 2024.

-Vice Chairman and Managing Director from 2010 to 2022.

He has more than 39 years of professional experience in the insurance sector and was involved in various managerial and high ranking positions, including:

• Chairman and Managing Director – Iran Insurance Company (2005 – 2007);
• Chairman and Managing Director – Alborz Insurance Company (2002 – 2005);
• Member of the Board of Directors and Vice President – Central Insurance of Iran (1984 – 2002);
