Gholam Ali Gholami has Master of MBA from University of Hartford, Connecticut, USA and BSc from Tehran Insurance Professional School.

He has been holding the position of “Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors” in Iranian Re Company since May 2022 till present.

He was involved in various managerial and high ranking positions, including:

• Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy of Managing Director – Karafarin Insurance Company (2019 –2015);
• Managing Director – Novin Insurance Company (2015 – 2010);
• Deputy of Managing Director – karafarin Insurance Company (2009 – 2003);
• Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy of Managing Director for International Affairs and Reinsurance – Iran Insurance Company (November 2002 –1994);
• Deputy of CEO – Iran Central Insurance (1983 –1994);
• Chief of Airplane and Ship Insurance – Iran Insurance Company (1979 –1983);

In the meantime he was Member of High Council of Insurance for two terms in different years.
